Easter Day

Cameron and Caroline came down stairs to huge Easter baskets and  tons of eggs hidden around the downstairs, they couldn't figure out what to do first look at the baskets or pick up eggs! We had a busy long day, baskets/egghunt, church, cousins coming over, second egg hunt, dying eggs and dinner with the family. I love holidays with little ones they are so amazed and excited over everything, it makes me feel like a kid again! Happy Easter everyone!!

Egg Hunt and Strawberry Picking

We were lucky enough that the rain held off long enough for us to attend the towns egg hunt and then go strawberry picking.

The kids love taking the dogs for walks down the street in the evenings. All of our dogs are true saints when it comes to dealing with the kids, Caroline was getting dragged by Darla and Cameron was dragging Kahlua. It is always cute to see our first set of "children" interacting with the kidos. 

just a wednesday

 I can't help but be amazed at how much my little man is growing up, this week at playgroup he actually played with a friend. Now he has always played "with" his friends  but that was really more of a playing along beside them. He has now figured out how to play games and start conversations with them. Today it was a game of chase for him and his buddies. As much as he enjoys playing with his friends he always keeps an eye out for his sister and takes time to stop and play with her for a few minutes.

Softball

Today the kids and I finally made it out to Dan's softball game. It was great to watch Red Sox Nation get the first Win of the season.

Egg Hunt Season

Well it's that time of year EGG HUNT SEASON!!My kids have a ball at these and are slowly getting the concept. Caroline still likes to stop and open each one before she moves on to the next. Cameron likes to shake them and decide if it is worthy of his basket, if it sounds good in the basket it goes no sound and back on the ground. Here are a few pictures from the first two egg hunts. Ice Cream Bandits

I heard giggling coming from my kitchen this afternoon ,I went to see what the kidos found so funny only to find they had found the ice cream in the freezer and were hiding in the corner helping themselves. Caroline was licking the lid while Cameron was licking it right from the can.

Who wants to come over for ice cream?

What? Did I do something wrong?

Soccer Time

Since we found out we are having another girl we have decided to put baby girl in Carolines room. Having to share a room with her baby sister just didn't seem fair to Caroline so to make up for it we decided they needed a very special room!! So here is the start to our princesse's castle room.
